If you are currently using a version of Mail for Exchange older than version 2.0.0, you must uninstall it before installing Mail for Exchange 3.0. To find out which version of Mail for Exchange is installed on your mobile device, follow these steps.
Open the Application Manager of mobile phone. Locate and select the Mail for Exchange in the list of applications shown.
Choose Options > View
